Agreement
Use of the Inerxia platform is governed by the master services agreement and order form executed between Inerxia and your organization. Those documents control where anything on this website differs from them.
Service levels
Availability, support response and, where applicable, resolution and quality targets are set out in the service level agreement attached to your order form. They are reported against continuously rather than at the end of a period.
Fees
Pricing published on this website is indicative and current as of the last revision of the page. Your contracted rates are those on your order form. Transaction pricing tiers apply automatically as volume moves between bands.
Acceptable use
Outbound calling and messaging conducted through the platform must comply with applicable telecommunications and consumer protection law, including consent and time-of-day restrictions. You are responsible for the lawfulness of the contact lists you provide.
