How Inerxia handles the data you and your subscribers entrust to us — what we process, where it is stored, who can reach it, and how to exercise your rights.
What we process
Operating the platform on your behalf means we process subscriber records, billing data, support interactions and, where you enable Intelligence or AI Agents, call recordings and transcripts. We process this data as a processor acting on your documented instructions. You remain the controller of your subscribers' information.
On this website we collect what you submit through the demo request form: your name, company, work email, phone number and the rough shape of your operation, along with how you reached us (the page, any campaign parameters in the link, and ad click identifiers). We use it to schedule and prepare for the call and to understand which campaigns bring us conversations.
Analytics and advertising
We measure how this website is used with Vercel Web Analytics, which reports aggregated page views and events without cookies.
When we run advertising, this website may load the Google Ads tag, the Meta Pixel and the LinkedIn Insight Tag. These tools use cookies and similar technologies to measure how our ads perform, to record conversions such as a demo request or a booked call, and to show our ads to people who have visited the site. When you submit the demo form, your email address and phone number may be shared with these platforms in hashed form so they can match the conversion to an ad interaction.
You can limit this through your browser's cookie settings and through each platform's ad preferences: Google (adssettings.google.com), Meta (facebook.com/adpreferences) and LinkedIn (linkedin.com/psettings/advertising). You can also opt out of interest-based advertising from participating companies at optout.aboutads.info.
Retention and residency
Customer data is stored in the region agreed in your contract. Retention periods are set per deployment and documented in your data processing agreement. Recordings and transcripts can be redacted for personally identifiable information before analysis, and that redaction is configurable per customer.
Sub-processors and access
We maintain a current list of sub-processors and provide notice before adding one. Access to customer environments is role-based, logged and limited to the people who need it to deliver the service.
Your rights
Write to us and we will help you honor access, correction and deletion requests from your subscribers, on the timelines your obligations require.
