This project has been occupying the number 2 spot on Videohive. With just a quick glance at the screenshot for the project you might think it nothing more than a stock video of some guy showing off his close-up magic tricks, however on further inspection the demo video reveals a cool looking futuristic effect containing spots for your chosen images with lots of nice jittery movement, and decent variation between each piece of the project.

As cool as all of this is, in my opinion the hands themselves simply don’t add a whole lot to the project, with the effects on and around the images looking far more interesting the hands actually seem to detract from the futuristic nature of the end result.

Though if hands are relevant to your work it’s an overall nice project for After Effects CS4 or CS5, and there are no additional plug-ins required which always makes it easier to pick one of these up.
