The problem

Running an ISP should not take five systems.

Billing lives in one place, tickets in another, the network in a third, and the truth is whichever spreadsheet somebody exported last. The cost is not the license fee. It is the revenue that quietly leaks between the tabs.

01

Revenue leakage

Misapplied charges, missed invoices and rating errors drain the bottom line every cycle, and nobody finds them until the year-end review.

02

Blind spots

Subscriber data lives in several places at once, so nobody has the full picture at the moment it actually matters — mid-call, with the customer waiting.

03

The L1 tax

The same thirty repetitive cases fill the queue. Outages, balance questions, password resets and plan changes consume your most expensive people.

04

Churn you find out about late

Subscribers cancel, and the warning signs only surface after they are already gone. The signals were in the calls. Nobody was reading them.

The system

Five products. One subscriber record.

Most vendors sell you the system of record and stop there. Inerxia runs the record, moves the money, works the queue and reads what the conversations are telling you.

01

Operating System

Run the whole ISP on one record.

Subscribers, contracts, invoicing, dunning, inventory, tickets, dashboards and OLT/GPON provisioning — seven modules over one dataset, so month-end stops being a file merge.

  • 7 modules, one platform
  • Automated suspend and reconnect
  • Live in under 4 weeks
02

InerxiaPay

Not a payment link. Your collections.

ACH, cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and pay-by-text in one integration. Confirmation is real, service restores itself, and every payment reconciles against the invoice you already issued.

  • No monthly fee
  • Reconnection in minutes, not days
  • Auto-reconciled to the ledger
03

AI Agents

They answer the phone. And the texts.

Voice and text agents that authenticate the subscriber, resolve the routine cases end to end, take the payment, and hand a human the full context when a person is actually needed.

  • Inbound voice, SMS, web chat, email
  • Resolution, not deflection
  • Escalation with full context
04

Contact Center

Build your contact center and support desk.

Phone lines for your human team, with calls, text messages and email landing in one queue — and AI on every one of them, identifying the caller and putting the whole account on screen before they say hello.

  • Lines, routing and queues included
  • Calls, SMS and email in one queue
  • Account and history at connect
05

Subscriber Intelligence

Your calls already know what's wrong.

Every call and ticket transcribed, summarized, scored and clustered by theme and service location. Outages sort themselves. Sector faults surface before the tenth subscriber calls.

  • QA on 100% of calls
  • Issue and location clustering
  • Runs on the tools you already have

One record underneath

Each of the five reads and writes the same subscriber row. A payment clears and the service, the ledger, the agent’s screen and the dashboard all move at once.

Operating System

Seven modules, one dataset.

The seven modules share the same subscriber record. Nothing is exported, nothing is cross-referenced by hand, and the numbers in the dashboard are the numbers on the invoice.

01

Automated suspend & reconnect

Suspend who owes and restore who pays, on your dunning rules, at any hour.

02

Invoicing & tax

Mass-issue the full cycle with sales tax, USF and E911 surcharges applied, delivered to the subscriber.

03

Subscribers & contracts

One record per subscriber: contract, plan, balance, equipment installed and full history.

04

Inventory control

Equipment and materials by warehouse, with traceability of what is installed and where.

05

Support ticketing

A help desk with traceability: every case logged, assigned and measurable.

06

Management dashboard

Operating and executive indicators in real time: AR, aging, collections and network.

07

Provisioning

Turn up and configure OLT/GPON, RADIUS and TR-069 devices from the same system.

Subscriber Intelligence

The answer is already in your call recordings.

Nine hundred and eighty calls a month, sitting unanalyzed on a phone system. Inside them: the outage nobody clustered, the sector fault nobody mapped, the churn signal nobody scored, and the QA sample your manager listens to once a week.

Rollout

Your first full cycle in under four weeks.

A focused deployment: migrate, configure, go live — then expand module by module.

Weeks 1–201

Migration

We bring subscribers, contracts, balances and equipment across from your current system, and verify every record against your live base before anything moves forward.

Weeks 2–302

Configuration

We set up plans, billing cycles, dunning rules and OLT/GPON provisioning, then run one full cycle in parallel with yours.

Week 403

Go live

You issue your first complete cycle in Inerxia — invoicing, collections and automated dunning — with our team on the floor.

Data migration

Subscribers, contracts and balances moved with no data loss and no break in service.

Training on your workflow

We train your team on how they actually work, not on a generic curriculum.

Support that answers

A direct line to the people who know your install and your configuration.

Positioning

Sonar and Splynx keep the record. We run the shift.

They are good systems of record, and we say so plainly. But a system of record does not answer the phone at 9 PM, does not negotiate a payment plan, and cannot tell you what nine hundred calls last month were actually about. That work still lands on your team. It does not have to.

FAQ

Questions operators ask.

What is ISP management software?

It is the platform where an internet provider runs the whole operation: subscriber and contract records, cycle invoicing, collections, suspension and reconnection for non-payment, equipment inventory, the support desk and network provisioning. It replaces the mix of spreadsheets, standalone accounting software and manual process most providers run on.

Is this for a WISP or only for fiber?

Both. Provisioning covers OLT/GPON for fiber and RADIUS plus TR-069 for fixed wireless. Most operators we work with run a mix, and the subscriber record does not care which medium delivers the service.

At what subscriber count does this make sense?

Around 1,500 subscribers a spreadsheet stack still works. It stops working somewhere between 3,000 and 10,000, when a missed invoice costs more than the software. Our smallest deployments run a few thousand subscribers; the largest run past a million lines through the AI BPO.

Can you migrate our data without stopping the operation?

Yes. We bring subscribers, contracts, balances and equipment across, verify every record against your current base, then run a full cycle in parallel with yours before anything goes live. Nothing cuts over until the parallel cycle matches.

Do we have to change payment processors?

No. InerxiaPay is available if you want collections inside the conversation, but the platform reconciles against whatever processor you already use. Operators frequently keep their processor for the first cycle and move later.

Are the suspensions and reconnections really automatic?

Yes, on your rules. You set the aging thresholds, the grace periods and the exceptions. Reconnection fires on confirmed payment, not on a promise, and it runs at 2 AM on a Sunday the same as it does on a Tuesday.

What if our team has never used a system like this?

Training is included and delivered against your own workflow, not a generic curriculum. Migration, training and support are part of the deployment, not an add-on line item.

How long until we go live?

Four weeks to your first full cycle issued in Inerxia. Weeks one and two are migration, weeks two and three are configuration and a parallel cycle, week four is go-live with live support on the floor.

Seven modules over one subscriber base.

Mass cycle invoicing, automated suspension for non-payment, reconnection the moment the payment clears, plus inventory, ticketing and OLT/GPON provisioning — with no file exports and no manual reconciliation.
