Payments
Inerxia does not process or store card data. Payments run through the processor you already use; reminders carry your own payment links, and only the payment confirmation returns to the platform to reconcile the invoice and restore service.
Access control
Role-based access across every module, with single sign-on available, and a complete audit trail on every action an operator or an agent takes against a subscriber record.
Data protection
Encryption in transit and at rest, configurable data residency, and optional redaction of personally identifiable information before recordings enter the analysis pipeline.

If you believe you have found a security issue, email us directly at sebastian@inerxia.co with enough detail to reproduce it. We will acknowledge within one business day.
