What you get
Collections that close themselves.
Less time to collect and a lower cost of collection, over the same subscriber base.
Every method, one integration
ACH bank debit, credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and pay-by-text. You stop maintaining a separate relationship per processor.
Payment inside the text thread
The subscriber pays in the same conversation they are already having with you — no new page to visit, no app to download, no portal password to reset.
One tap on the next payment
The payment method is stored securely the first time, so the second cycle is a single confirmation instead of a re-entry.
Real confirmation, immediate restore
The payment actually confirms and the service comes back on by itself. No ticket, no callback, no 2 AM reconnect request.
Automatic reconciliation
The status of every payment returns to your system in real time and matches itself against the invoice you already issued. No manual close.
PCI Level 1 infrastructure
Card data never touches your systems. Payment infrastructure held to industry security standards, with tokenization on every stored method.
Collection in the channel
The collection happens where the subscriber already answers.
The same agent authenticates the subscriber, explains the balance, takes the payment and confirms the restoration — in the text thread or on the call, with the full account context every time.

AI voice call
Hi Diego, this is Inerxia. Your payment this month did not go through and I wanted to help you sort it out.
Ah — my card expired.
No problem. I am texting you a secure link to update it and bring the account current. It is on its way now.
Perfect, thanks.
Pricing
How InerxiaPay is priced.
Purely transactional: no monthly fee, no setup cost and no minimum volume commitment. The rate steps down automatically as your monthly volume rises, so there is nothing to renegotiate.
Bank debit · ACH
A flat fee per transaction, the cheapest rail for a recurring monthly bill. Most operators move the bulk of the base here over the first two cycles.
Cards
A percentage plus a fixed fee on each approved transaction. Covers credit, debit, Apple Pay and Google Pay, with stored methods tokenized so the next cycle is one tap.
Volume tiers
Both rails step down a band as your monthly volume grows. The price drops on its own when you cross a tier — no renegotiation, no new contract.
Rates are quoted in USD on domestic rails and depend on your mix and monthly volume. Tell us roughly what you process today and we will send your rate sheet.
